Climb down from your rock, stop spamming jesus beam and join our duels.
Or what about small scale PvP?
It doesn't require any skill if you brainless follow a zerg or shoot soul assault and jesus beam on everything what moves.
Actually I think that skill makes a huge difference in PvP, just look at players like magica or doge.
Well, he didn't actually say it doesn't make a difference. He said it's the MMO with the least skill required, which judging from PvP in 1.6 probably isn't that far from the truth. This obviously doesn't mean that skill is not a factor, as evidenced by players like Doge and Magica.AbraXuSeXile wrote: »This is the mmo with the least skill required on the market.

Is "nutcupping" futbol slang?AbraXuSeXile wrote: »Small scale? You mean taking a resource and nuttcupping NPC's for protection to hope to kill a few scrubs there before you get overrun?

This game is full on zerg full of silly abilities to negate pvp entirely for instance meteor, beam and soul assault. I've started using them to complete my quests then log out.
A long time ago I said removing aoe caps will not help with reducing lag or solving trains. Only way to do this is by introducing friendly collisions imo.

I don't know, aiming a meteor into a group of people is pretty strategic. Just ask the movie, Deep Impact.

The game has not enough abilities like meteor bc ppl are still running around in idiot trains and in return complain that the game requires no skill (pressing 1 or 2 buttons over and over indeed does not).
I have yet to die to a meteor. Its complete rubbish against competent players i´d rather use soul assault and everyone knows that one is crap against someone capable of pressing the right button.
However is fun to pop it into a group of archers and watch 2 or three of those snipe scrubs instantly melt.

well i died several times to it thx to it creepy behaviour - rolling out of its impact area just to be warped back in or ignoring blocking and get caught in an cc denying every break attempt afterwards overwhelming my shields and hitpoints :P [bloody non existing resistence of light armor^^] but thats only a problem related to ice comet, shooting star is working fine though.
