The New Party Chevrons

I dislike these new chevrons, i now have to open my map to find where my group is all the time. i dont understand this change and why it was done, before i knew exactly where my part was accross cyrodiil, but now im lost even when they are standing right next to me. please change them back zenimax or give addon control to these things in the api, i would gladely get an addon fix for this.

Yeah. I hear more and more stories about how the game was in alpha and how "my immersion" ruined it. I remember on the temporary Bethesda forums someone had a sig that said "immersions are fragile these days" because pretty much everything said was followed with "But my immersion".

Can you believe we actually had a minimap back then? Now we are in the freaking stone age of MMO's because "my immersion." I just do not understand why the "my immersion" crowd needs to dictate the course of the game when we have these cool little MMO features called "settings" where we can turn stuff off when we want to immerse ourselves. Shoot this game has it on key stroke, I think it's the "/" key or right beside it.

After all the "my immersions" in alpha as soon as I entered beta and got to the point where you escape the prison and enter the watery maze with all the traps all I heard was "Where the "bleep" is the mini map?" over and over again in chat.

That's a very good point, thank you for pointing out the problems w/ in game map, this definitely needs to be addressed ASAP. ZOS needs to make opening the map use stamina, that should help stop ppl from breaking my immersion looking at their maps and always knowing where to go.

I would love an add-on that would gives us options to change around these chevrons! Especially now that they are hopeless!
