NB - Swallow Soul Vs Blood Craze?

I'm just wondering which provides more damage and which provides more healing out of the Siphoning skill "Swallow Soul" and the Dual Wield skill "Blood Craze".
If they're both around the same, is there any reason to take one over the other? I'm only going to include one on my bar, so was wondering which would be better.

KleanZlate✭✭✭I haven't used Blood Craze in 1.6 but I like "Swallow Soul" more for the ranged attack.0 -

✭✭✭If you are a stamina build: blood craze.
If a magicka build: strife(unmorphed version of swallow soul)
If you are a hybrid.... then probably strife due to the extra range and the fact its HoT is not canceled out by blocking and damage shields.0 -
