Question about Evil Hunter Fighters Guild skill.

Hi, all -

Quick question about Evil Hunter from the Fighters Guild skill line. It's said to grant 10% weapon crit chance while slotted. So while slotted on one of your bars, does the 10% weapon crit chance count for both bar 1 and bar 2? Or does it only count for the one bar that you have it slotted on?

It should working only when You have active bar with skill sloted. You can check It by sloting on only one bar, then pressing "C" (character chart) and then swaping weapons - weapon crit value should change.
