Question about stamina spells, crit and stamina damage

Dragon Knight - Ardent Flame, have two skills with morphs that cost stamina, and do flame damage. Can this damage and/or the damage over time crit? - and is it a weapon critical or spell critical?

I notice I have poor stamina regen, but I like max stamina since it scales with damage. How much damage do I loose if I enchant gear with stamina regen instead of stamina?

I forgot one question: the Evil Hunter - Fighters Guild skill : Do the bonus damage count only on weapon attacks, or that flame skills stamina scaling too?

You cannot enchant armor with Stamina Regen, only jewelry. Armor can only be enchanted with Health, Stamina, or Magicka. And, likewise, jewelry cannot be enchanted with Stamina, only Armor can. So it is not necessarily an either/or situation.

I have heard the jewelry glyphs that do "Reduce Stamina Costs By X" are better in Update 6 than the glyphs that give "Stamina Regen". I have not messed around enough with builds myself to have first-hand knowledge of this being a great solution, but I have heard it mentioned quite a few times in chat.

So a piece of jewelry with "Robust" trait (increases Max Stamina) + an enchant of ""Reduce Stamina Costs By X" might be best approach to Stamina sustain in Update 6.

Also, it is likely going to be expensive if you are stamina-based, but Green Dragon blood spell will temporarily increase your health and stamina regen by 20%. If you are not using your magicka for much else, that could be a useful way to get extra stamina sustain. Just be careful to not to overuse it and then be out of magicka when you need it for a heal. I am not a DK, but my Templar has a similar spell called Radiant Aura that does a heal-over-time plus increases health and stamina regen by 20% and it is pretty cool (was much cooler in Update 5 - 80% increased regen! - but probably overpowered so they nerfed it).

Thanks. yeah, I forgot about armor only gives flat bonus, not regen. Been away for 3 months. Does the reduce stamina cost counts on sprinting, roll dodge and break free as well?

I know it counts towards some stamina-based defensive maneuvers, but I don't think it counts toward all. I am just about positive it reduces cost of roll dodge, but can't remember what other ones are affected and which are not. Since there is another glyph that specifically reduces cost of block and bash, those might not be affected but other stamina-based moves are? Not really sure.
