Not sure if this is the way it is supposed to work but I noticed that while GDB is active, if I switch to my other bar, the health regen goes away but the stam regen stays. Is that intended or is it a bug?
Seems to me the bug is that stamina regen isn't going away when you switch to 2.
The Health Recovery going away would be a bug, since GDB applies a Major Buff, like most abilities..when you swap weapons Major and Minor Buffs do not drop.
More skills are bugged like this, like the endless fury magicka return, if you switch to another bar without the endless fury slotted, you wont get magicka return if target dies while your active bar hasnt got endless fury slotted.
I wish they would just make both bars equal so you would only have to slot a spell once and retain the benefits when swapping. There's no reason to not do it with all the spells that people leave in for DPS buffs or pets. You could have one bar with Crit Surge and Inner Light and the other with 2 pets and not lose either buff when switching. It would just make things easier!

If it were a passive bonus while the skill is slotted that would make sense. But it is an active skill. You are spending magicka to get a 20 second buff to health and stam regen. Once you spend that magicka, you should get the full effects of the spell no matter what. Imagine casting a spell that does a heal-over-time for 20 seconds, then the healing stops because you swapped bars. That is essentially what is happening here. Definitely sounds like a bug. A large part of the gameplay is dropping damage or heal over time effects from one bar, then switching to another bar for more direct damage and healing.
