Does Damage percent with Rally and Power Extraction Stack?
Do you get 20% + 20% = 40% weapon damage? Or is it just a total of 20% with both skills up?

Both skills apply the same buff "Major Brutality" so you get only the effect from one of the skills. (20% wep.dmg.)Sorc:Deus Victus Templar:Enclaver X
