March Loyalty Reward Delivery

Today, we’re rolling out this month’s delivery of ESO Loyalty Rewards. This includes the first delivery of the nine-month loyalty reward, the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter, and our adjusted eligibility criteria. Remember, with the release of Update 6, all loyalty rewards are now in your Collections window (press U in-game to access it) and are available to all characters on your account!
Below is an explanation of how eligibility now works:
• The cut-off for this delivery was February 26th at 11:59PM EST.
• You must currently have an active subscription (and are not currently banned.)
• For the High Hrothgar Wraith, you must have at least 90 days of purchased subscription time as of 02/26/15.
• For the Loyal Dwarven Sphere, you must have at least 180 days of purchased subscription time as of 02/26/15.
• For the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter, you must have at least 270 days of purchased subscription time as of 02/26/15.
• The free 30 days or any compensatory time does not count toward the 90, 180, and 270 days of paid subscription time.
If you feel you meet the above criteria and have not received your Loyalty Reward, please contact our Support Team so they can assist you.
5
