I post it here since I don't know if they'll look into PTS feedback anymore:
Try to hold left mouse button with a restoration staff like you're power attacking - Then jump off a cliff or something that doesn't kill you but it's long fall enough - See what happens.
The torso stays up and the legs moove alone.
