Dual wield dagger passive. [BUG]

So the last passive in the dual wield skill tree does nothing for daggers, you equip a dagger or two, and weapon critical doesnt move an inch over the default 10%

It's working for me, but it no longer gives both spell crit and weapon crit. (Description says that as well) In fact, all of it is weapon damage only now.

(I don't know how long ago they changed the passive - Was gone for a 6 month period)

Arent this was fixed months ago on live ?

Yes, I tested it on the PTS using plain daggers made with void stone.
