PVE Stamina Templar for 1.6

This is a stamina based templar focused on stacking weapon damage, stamina, and health to become a potent melee DPS for endgame PVE in 1.6.
The build centralizes around using skills to buff damage while using pots to buff health and stamina regen. With that in mind, some skills are selected for the multitude of things they bring to the build over their raw damage potential.

STATS:

The goal is to reach 20K Health/20K Stam/10K Mag minimum. Balance additional stats between health and stamina for added survivability or dps.
I also try to get around 2500 to 3K weapon dmg and 50% weapon crit when buffed!
I am also a WW for the 15% passive stam regen!
As far as CP, get that 12% weapon crit ASAP! Everything else is up to player!

GEAR:

7/7 Medium Armor (3 Infused and 4 Divine) with Precise Bow and Greatsword --> 5x Hunding's Rage and 3x Ashen's Grip
Jewelry is 3x Shadow Walker with cost reduction glyphs!

MUNDUS:
Warrior seems the best, Thief if you have trouble getting to 50% crit.

BUILD:

Bar 1: Precise Bow

1. Venom Arrow - While Poison Injection will provide more DPS in burn phase, I find a ranged interrupt to be far more valuable in more situations! This is still a decent DOT worth keeping on target!

2. Lethal Arrow - Focused Aim was changed to provide an armor debuff. I get the same debuff from Power of Light, so Lethal Arrow seems the better choice with the added healing debuff!

3. Power of Light - Basically a 10K nuke with a 7 sec fuse. Also applies our armor debuff and boosts parties spell dmg 5% for its duration!

4. Offensive Flex Slot - Blazing Spear or Scorched Earth for additional AOE, Evil Hunter for undead!

5. Defensive Flex Slot - Radiant Ward, Honor the Dead, Restoring Focus to name a few!

Ult. Solar Prison - For when *** hits the fan!

Bar 2: Precise Greatsword

1. Brawler/Carve: AOE cone with bleed DOT that can be used for a damage shield or to boost ultimate. Both are viable options. If running Radiant Ward, Carve is probably the better choice!

2. Biting Jabs: The bread n' butter for both single target and AOE fights. While Wrecking Blow will provide a slight boost to single target dps, I find Biting Jabs to be the better all-around skill. Aside from providing competitive dps for both single and multi-target fights, it also provides you the major brutality, meaning their is no need to slot Evil Hunter or run crit potions. This skill also triggers the Piercing Spear and Burning Light passives for 10% crit damage and a 25% chance on hit to deal extra magicka damage (scaled with weapon power).

3. Reverse Slice: Single and multi-target execute that triggers 30% stam regen boost on kills!

4. Rally: Weapon dmg buff with a HoT and an emergency heal on recast!

5. Repentance: Passive 10% increase to all regen. Allows for the fight to keep going in drawn out trash pulls like DSA and SO!

Ult. Flawless Dawnbreaker: It was nerfed some, but it is still an 8% dmg increase while slotted.

PRIMARY ROTATIONS:

Single Target: Precast Rally and swap to bow --> (From Stealth) Lethal Arrow + LA + Poison Arrow + Power of Light and swap to greatsword --> Carve + Biting Jabs/HA clip x4 --> repeat until 25% health and execute with reverse slice + LA!

AOE: Precast Rally --> Swap to bow and cast Scorched Earth every 8-10 sec --> With greatsword cast carve every 8-10 sec followed by Biting Jabs/HA clip --> Hit a target with Reverse Slice at 20% health!

PROS:
- Respectable single target and AOE dmg while stacking multiple buffs and debuffs.
- Maintains buffs without the need of expensive pots.
- Major skill swap not needed between fights.
- Balanced for multiple types of dps and utility.
- Easy to gear!

CONS:
- Difficult single target rotation that requires precise weapon swaps to attain top dps
- Other simpler dps rotations will achieve the same, if not better, single target dps (Power of Light + Wecking Blow/HA).
- Not min/maxed with gear or racial passives.
