ok so I know this has been beaten up like a dead horse but I'm confused not going to lie. When 1.6 launches are all vet14 getting a garunteed 70 cp points? or it it still going to based on everything you done and you can get up to a max of 70 cp points come launch? please dev clarify for me please. Basically, you get 1 Champion Point for every 200,000 XP earned into the Veteran Ranks during conversion. They've been keeping track of how much XP VR14 characters have gotten after they hit max level, so:

VR14 = 65 CPs
VR14 + 200,000 XP = 66 CPs
VR14 + 400,000 XP = 67 CPs
VR14 + 600,000 XP = 68 CPs
VR14 + 800,000 XP = 69 CPs
VR14 + 1,000,000 XP = 70 CPs

So if you want the 70, account-wide, you should be well into VR14. There might be an addon that shows XP above the max, not sure on that one.
