Does ESO run better on an SSD?

i run pts on HDD i run live game on SSD there isnt any difference berween them really

not as much as it should, most of the waiting is for the servers and ssd isn't going to help with that

Undoubtedly, as was stated above already.
For example, a friend of mine uses SSD and the duration of his loading screens (ex:. Imperial City) is just around 2-3 seconds at most where others can enjoy reading loading screen's tooltips for 10-20 seconds.
