Crown Store and Imperial Edition:

When the crown store was first put on PTS it showed up I had my Imperial Edition as well as a few pets I had earned from other sources (beta, etc).

It no longer shows I have the imperial edition in the crown store or list the pets I had earned.

I checked the stablemaster and he no longer offers me the Imperial Mount.

Just to make sure my live account is still fine I logged in and confirmed my live account still allows me to purchase the Imperial Mount.

Like to recap that when the crown store was first added to PTS i did not have this issue, but now I do. If this was explained elsewhere and is a known bug sorry for making a new post about it. I did a search and did not find anything (but I dont know how many times I look in the fridge for something and cant find what i want but my roommate opens it and finds it right away).

    Did you check the collection tab as that is where pets, costumes and mounts are now.

    Yes, nothing is listed other t hen High Hrothgar Wraith.

    Just of the top of my head here is a few things I know I am missing:
    Pet Monkey: (Had it when cash shop was added originally). This was from a beta week.
    Mudcrab: (Had it when cash shop was added originally)

    Imperial Mount: Wont let me purchase one from mount vendor and not in collections under mounts.


    Would be good if other people who normally play the NA server can check theirs also.

    If you're NA, you've got a template account right? Did you have the Imperial stuff when your proper characters were copied over before? Just a guess.

    Ok thanks. You gave me the reason why.

    The Template characters did not give me the imperial items or other pets on my account. I do have EU characters on live but do not play them often so logged in one on PTS. Soon as I logged in I got credited with all I was missing.

    Seems Template characters will not give account rewards, but at least I know ill have them on live.
