Character Mounts and Costumes

If I receive a loyalty reward or an item from the crown store, will the said mount/costume be available for all of my characters? I am particularly curious about the Striped Senche mount and the costume Shegorath's Mask of Cheerful Slaughter because I'm considering starting a new character for 1.6

Part of the transition to 1.6 includes the new "Collections" system. I'm far too lazy to post a link, but they did do a write-up on it that someone else might post a link to.

Basically... yes, the items will be available to all of your characters after the 1.6 patch.

Yes, there will be Collection UI for things like this.
