Crown store - appearance and race redesign request

For those who thought that shaved head with a fringe looked good back in release, and are now yearning for a neckbeard, please offer appearance redesigns. I, for one, would love to alter my Imperial somewhat.
Also, due to the changes in racial passives (and the massive call for this), please implement a racial respec option. So far as I know, one's race has only limited changes on the storyline (and only in conversations). The only hitches I forsee are using this to obtain multiple free racial motifs (easily fixed; or just allow it - if people want to pay $$$ for an easily farmed racial motif, then so be it) and the ability to play races outside of your alliance without purchasing the Imperial edition (again, easily fixed; or left as is. Again, $$$ = good for business and future expansions).
While at it, I don't see why you couldn't offer a sex change as well for those who are unhappy with their lot in life. Again, it's not as if it alters anything in game. You might want to allow a name change feature with this, however. Nobody wants a burly Orc male running around with the name PonyPrincess. Or maybe they do... *shrug*
