Unable to get to Cyrodiil?

Is anyone able to get to Cyrodiil? I'm not sure if it is just me and my machine(laptop) or it it closed until they fix something?
EDIT: Been at the epic loading screen for 33 minutes.
EDIT: Gave up, will try again when I get home.
