Reproducible Interface Issue [Bug]

I'm relatively certain this bug exists on live as I remember it happening before I quit the game 3 months ago.
The bug causes you to lose your character pointer focus and you are unable to use quickslots as well. When you spin around the camera spins but not your character. The only way I'm able to fix this afterwards is with a /console reloadui
To experience this bug buy multiple quantities of something from a vendor (in my case I was buying multiple quantities of PvP bags to ensure that VR14 bags were actually being populated, and then I had the bags I was buying quickslotted. As soon as I use an item in my quickslot my interface breaks.
If I buy the items by just spam-clicking the mouse instead of entering a quantity into the box I have no issues, but as soon as I enter a quantity and buy them then use quick slots the interface breaks.
I'm just going to start dumping all of the reproducible bugs I'm aware of in this forum in a hope they can finally fix them with the 1.6 patch.
