Outlaw Refuges

Just wanted to ask what the idea was behind dropping the amount of entrances into Outlaw Refuges. Guards are already incredibly over powered "with no signs of change". Maybe its just me but I really liked seeing several scattered entrances to Refuges and I would love to see this go back to the way it originally was.

I would also like to see guards that players have an actual fighting chance against. but lets face it that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

I can see smaller towns like Rawl'kha having two entrances for their refuge. But big cities like Evermore and Daggerfall need more.

(I'm also putting in a plug for my other thought on Justice: giving us some NPCs that can be subdued. I can see having a few hard heads, but some NPCs should take a lick or two and say, "OK, OK, keep my money, big guy. Dumac take you already.")
Been there, got the Molag Bal polymorph.

They took away the entrances for those who got lost inside the Refuges. LOL /sarcasm
More entrances was better. Who wants to circle entire city to get a single outer entrance?

You may wanna face that it is never ever gonna happen.
Because that's how those guard where designed and why they aren't implemented into Cyrodiil.

    But how about this:
Press your crouch button and sneak past them.
    Works anytime for me.

If you feel like going hard-mode, try and sneak up on the guards and steal from them!

I really hated those many entrances.

It's a town, not the roof of another outlaw refuge.

Now seems much more realistic to me.

There was probably 1 guy who cried daily about it via reddit, FB and feedback to the point ZoS did it just to shut him up, so fail.

More entrances.. yes. If I were an outlaw, I would have as a minimum 4 entrances, so I could bolt out any direction. Doors.. well.. maybe out side of town, like the one in Belkarth. The point is, they should be hidden and NOT easy to find. The idea of storm sewers, cellers, and such leading to entrances has more credibility in most towns. The one in the graveyard in Windhelm was.. silly. It looked like a poster that said, "town guards, come here and look". Look at Skyrims entrances for inspiration.

Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.
