Dual Wield: Suggestions On Making It More Competitive

Stamina users are likely to take 2h as one of their weapons, regardless of their preferred weapon, just for the buff momentum provides. This has the consequence of making dual wield less used and less preferred unless it is paired with a 2h. This also lowers build diversity because most stamina users are going to use a 2h as one of their weapons just for the momentum weapon damage buff.

Suggested Fix: Give Blade cloak for dual wield the same weapon damage buff as momentum. Blade cloak is a bit less useful than desired, and this will bring it up to par. It should make dual wield builds much more viable and allow people to use dual wield and bow or dual wield and shield, instead of needing a 2h for the weapon damage buff. This way, bow and 1hshield have healing debuffs and dual wield and 2h have weapon damage buffs. This allows much more build diversity.

I'm not sure I want DW to change tbh, Its really great and works better for sustained dps using rapid strikes, I really love blade cloak its a great skill.

Right now for dueling I use DW / 2h works better than 1hs + 2h.

I really don't care much for gap closers or dmg boosters since I'm playing NB and stamina sorc, so I got dmg booster and a gap closer on both ^_^

What really matters is the healing. Rally heals really good with end game characters with huge stamina your heals tick for 2.5-2.7 and final heal ticks for 11k mind you these numbers are on a character template, its doesn't even have the wep dmg my original nb has. [1.7k wep dmg vs 3k].
