So, I have been fiddling around with the Justice System for a while now, and I have been pretty much enjoying every bit of it. I do, however, feel a change needs to be made, and an addition for the future should be added.
For starters, I feel that Jails should be a thing. I loved in Skyrim and Oblivion how, after committing a crime, you could be sent to jail as an option when confronted by the guards. I feel that this should be included in the game.
Each zone should have a jail in its city with two-three floors. The first floor is the entrance area, maybe a desk where a guard sits at writing something down in a logbook, maybe a few chests and decorations around. The second level should be the guard barracks, with a bunch of beds and chests containing guard stuff. The third floor should be the jail cell room, where players are sent to a solo instanced jail room where they have the option to sleep out their jail sentence, possibly reducing skill level point gain to 1 (but not reducing the actual level), or allow them the option of making a jail break for freedom.
Also, the jail could be treated like a "dungeon"so that other people in your group can enter it. For instance, say I and my friend are out causing trouble, committing crimes, and doing the general bandit stuff. If I were to get caught and throw into jail, it would be cool if my friend could come to the jail, and either pay my bounty for me, or help me break out of jail. This would definitely be a fun activity, breaking out of jail with friends.
On to the now suggestion: I feel guards shouldn't be able to use the Dragon Knight chain pull ability. It kinda sucks when you use an ability, such as Uppercut, to stun the guard or disable them so you can make your break to freedom, sprinting a full speed to get away, just to be instantly chain pulled back to the guard as soon as the stun duration wears off.
These are my current thoughts on the justice system, hope they get read by ZOS
