Crafting bug

My live characters were transferred over and I have put in all skill points into my max lvl crafter. When I go to create a new item, I can increase the number of mats to make it VR14 but the weapon/armor tool tip never increases levels and the item I create doesn't increase level. Is anyone else having this issue? I submitted a bug report though the game but forgot to take a screenshot

Pyatra✭✭✭Seems to affect Light Armor but only for sets. Regular light armor scales just fine.
Edit: Other than the known issues on the patch notes, no Sets can scale up past VR9 with any armor or weapons.Edited by Pyatra on 11 February 2015 19:040
