Is there a way to determine what level enchantment is on a piece of Armor?

Is there any way to tell if a particular piece of armor has been enchanted with say, a green, blue or purple Glyph? Looking at the value I can't tell, since the number (e.g. "Adds 62 Max Stamina" has been modified by both the kind of armor and the level (Blue, Purple, etc.) of the piece.
I need more stamina, and bought some blue Armor Glyphs, but don't know which pieces to appliy them to, and don't want to waste the Glyphs experimenting to see if the value goes up.

When you go to apply it, you get a before and after picture (click on the after to see the new stats) before you hit confirm, this shows you if its an upgrade or not before you waste it

Oh yeah. Makes sense. Thanks. I was afraid to even try.
