How to fix "can't mount while in combat"

Let us be able to mount while in combat however, when you are in combat, your horse has 0 stamina. This would prevent people from running away because you can easily be stunned from horseback and this would solve this god damn issue which has been here since beta.

Or just put a cast time (already there?) on mounting that people can interrupt. I got feared while mounted today. I agree this is a perfect fix.
