Civilian clothes after 1.6.1?

Has anyone got any drops of civilian clothes after 1.6.1? They were uncommon loot in the justice system in 1.6 but I haven't found a single piece pf clothes since 1.6.1 so I wonder if I am just very unlucky or if they have removed them?

✭The drop rate has definitely dropped. I've found two pieces total when before, I had about twenty among my alts. I want the clothes back. ZOS, please increase the drop rate back a little. Maybe not overly but enough we don't have to spend hours to find an outfit.0
