with traits on armour and weapon sets not sure what traits to put on , all i have learned is training and exploration and some others , would some nice person show a decent set for general use for a Templar sword and board , i am level 20 now.

i can make the deaths set now just need to get the crafting levels up have been deconstructing everything , now going back to starting areas to get more iron, jute ,rawhide +maple did have 500+ of each really dont go far need so many to level up the crafting.

but please if you can show a well made set with traits and the runes so it give me a guide to follow i be most happy.

any advice be most welcome as well

many thanks

For Initial Leveling purposes, Training is more important and useful than any other trait. I personally use Training until the Armor is at L50. But, you may not want to go that far with it.

For use in game, the most useful traits for armor are Infused (more boost from glyphs), Divines (more Mundus effects), Reinforced and Impenetrable. I would focus on learning Infused and Divines after you learn Training as Reinforced and Impenetrable will help more on end game and higher level content.

Exploration is nice, but the exp impact once your over L8 or L10 is quite small. I only use it on my very first set of armor I give a character. It might be useful if you have a guild mate that can port you around to new places.

For Weapons, Precise, Training, Sharpened are the ones to learn first.

Nice thing is, 2 or 3 trait armor sets can carry you into VR Ranks, so get 3 traits learned on everything first, then research the 4th and beyond traits. This can get you into 3 trait sets in just about 2 weeks or so.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

As @nestor mentioned, training it the best trait for everything to help you level up those skills to 50 quicker.

For a list of craft able Armor sets, check out the link at the bottom. These sets will help your leveling out a lot. There are a lot of good sets for 2 and 3 traits researched. One of the best sets for a Templar is the Seducer set and only requires 3 traits unlocked on each piece to make. I've posted it below as well to give you an idea.

Seducer 2 Items Adds 10 Magicka Recovery
3 Items Adds 78 Max Magicka
4 Items Adds 10 Magicka Recovery
5 Items Armor of the Seducer: Reduce the Magicka cost of abilities by 8%

Here's a list of almost all of the craft able sets available. The 9th trait set called Twice Born isn't listed but your a loooooong way off from that.
