[BUG] Dexterity passive : bug or nerfed very hard?

Hi,

Yesterday I was messing around on PTS to make some calculation with the new statistical disparities between items and attribute points and when I was testing the new critical stat value I saw Medium Armour, Dexterity passive (Rank 3) only granted my character 3% additional weapon critical chance when using a whole 7/7 set of medium armour.

I suspect it might be a bug since the previous value was going up to 21%, can I have a confirmation on this?

    I think it´s a huge nerf -.-

    I can understand the fact that they had to reduce the crit chance with the CS, but that´s too much.

    I find it hard to believe its an intentional nerf since Prodigy passive still grants the same 10% critical chance for spells and I saw nothing about that change in the PTS patchnote.

    With the value so low, it's not worth 3 skill points.
    Imho it should be increased a little at least.
    Another option is this: it could grant the same ammount for 2 skill points and maybe another passive skill could get the 3rd point.
