So when are our template characters going to be able to start with morphed skills?

If I am going to be forced to use these crappy template characters, I should at least be allowed to start with morphs of all the skills. I play the PTS to test the game; not spend 6 hours a night grinding the skills.

    Templates have all morphs/skills maxed currently.

    It's something ZOS changed specifically with the latest PTS update. If you make a template character, every single skill can be morphed immediately.
