Would love to test the store BUT...
Got my crowns yesterday, bought some things. Cool. Never actually got a chance to test them during play so I figured I'd do that today. Log in today, characters are gone. No problem, I'll make a new one. Check my collections...all gone. Check the store, crown balance is where it should be after my purchases but the actual items, mounts, pets etc. aren't in my collection.
