I am a little surprised EP didn't retake the Azura's map if some of them wanted a buff server. It doesn't really matter, though, as the Thornblade map will look much different in four hours or less.

Perhaps it's because some groups find it funny and a boost to their egos to cap the Thornblade, the "competitive" campaign, map when there is no population online from the other factions. Why can't EP groups go and spread out across other campaigns to entertain themselves instead of doing this? I understand that it's not anyone's fault the timezone/job hours they have, but if we all want to consider the health of PvP in this game...well can't there be solutions?
I'm just at a loss for words. This happens almost daily except on the weekends. It's frustrating, and no one wants to have to be gate camped and then slowly and painfully grind from their gates outwards all over again on a daily basis...come on.
This is why I've avoided PvP for the past week or so...

Agree, this really hurts PvP. At least for the casual PvP player. Obviously the organized groups will still be around, recapping keeps, or just pissing people off on buff servers. But the casual PvP player doesn't want to do the same thing everyday. It causes people to loose interest, reroll, or just plane quit.
Dont worry, when the rest of the faction gets home from work EP will be down to just one keep left like always. Might even lose that.
frankly i have a lot more respect for the skill level of the blue faction in general. their individual players are in every way superior to those of EP. there are just fewer, sadly.
once blue was sufficiently punched in the gonads for their blatant assault, went over to kings and caused a ruckus there, then it was watching the rest of AD pretty much bang head on wall of BRK for hours. =/

Welp, it's the next day, I can confirm this didn't happen .
If memory serves, we only lost the AD and DC keeps we had. Then again I was PvE-ing in Rivenspire and wasn't paying too close attention >_>
Must hit V14 before 1.6!
Rylana got distracted and tried attacking DC cause EP is hard mode .
yeh, my fault. roebeck is important to us, your call will be answered in the order it was received. >_> all your ash is belong to me. also ... had nothing to do with EP really. I just wanted you off our home keeps.

I'm glad you got upset and went north . DC is use to this . It doesn't even faze old players . It's also why you'll eventually get pushed by 2 factions again . But since you play multiple factions and have no faction loyalty , it won't effect you in the slightest . Just hop on a Alt . I understand why people in your faction say they can't stand you . It's the inevitable back lash from being a hopper .
You know, I get youre mad at the changes to the game, youve been right raging on these forums for the last 2 weeks. But til now ive never had a beef with you, nor did I seem to see you having a beef with me.
But here is the nitty gritty of it. I play where I want, how I want, and with who I want. I have my guilds and my friends and guess what, that is all I need to enjoy the game. I dont need the love of the forums nor the love of people I dont normally associate with. This is what people seem to fail to realize, I might reply to you because it is my way, but I sure as hell dont care if you dislike me or anyone else does, in fact it tells me pretty clearly that I am doing exactly what I should be doing.
Im here to kill people, not buttkiss others that will at the drop of a hat drop all pretense of friendship to use someone for their personal gain. Ive seen it destroy guilds, the sheer amount of entitlement and greed in this game.
ive watched whole guilds lose half of their members in a weeks time due to emperor leaderboard drama. Ive seen people blatantly tell someone one thing, and then backstab them the next for an upper hand (in their own faction).
Regarding me being a faction "hopper" Dude i rolled my red toon specifically because red had low pop back on thorn 1.0 and people asked. Eventually I went elsewhere (chillrend). I rolled blue for funsies and had every intention of bolstering blue numbers wherever the underdog happened to be, but half my remaining guildies left the game because of the server performance issues.
I am literally the last guy you will ever make some badge of "switching the moment it gets tough" because I ALWAYS play the underdog. Always. I learned real quickly I have a lot more fun playing uphill than I ever did when AD was the big faction.
So seriously, give it a rest.
You're acting like I'm mad at You . I already said it doesn't even faze me . It's ADplayers that send me tells saying they can't stand You . So , with that said , I understand why . As far as helping who ever is underdog , I seen you once on DC fighting barehanded . You even made a thread . If that's helping ... Do Us a favor an keep helping Red an Yellow instead . That's more agreeing to get farmed then helping .
I don't even know who you are. Maybe if you spent half as much time playing this game as you do on the forums, people would know who you are.
You must think I have an issue with attention and personal relevancy . The only people that need to know who am do and that's really only people I deal with in the real world . I honestly have never cared what some guy behind a computer screen thinks . Ever . If you believe this is relevant to you , I suggest going outside . As most of my posts are via phone at the bike shop or at work . I have a very cushy job that allows it . In short , I'm very pleased you don't "know me" .
I've been playing the game pretty much every day since early access... and I'd be shocked if 0.00001% of players know who I am :disagree:

While it is debatable if they are superior, DC does have some good players. Braidas and his crew wiped several EP just west of Alessia early yesterday evening. They might have taken it if they had a larger force behind them.
That head banging on the walls of BRK by AD was successful as they did eventually capture it. Unfortunately they forgot there was a scroll inside to defend which allowed a brave, fast-thinking warrior from EP to grab it and run it up to Kingscrest with little to no support along part of the way. Maybe the sizable AP gain from capturing BRK helped soothe AD's wounds from that scroll snatching.
AD has nearly even numbers and coverage but as we all know the skill/cooperation disparity among AD is rather steep. You should see zone sometime man, half of the comments are just nobody zone trolls mocking everyone actually doing something useful while they themselves (bow nightblades most of them) sit stealthed on the wall of some irrelevant keep like black boot when theres no scroll in the temple.

Despite all the past back an forth BBQ "who?" Stuff . I know who you are in game and you are a good player no doubts . You have intelligence and a sense of humor . I could care less who has AD or EP alts . I do understand why people dislike those that do as well . While it's just a game for some players , it's a "srs business" game to others . I'm sure you knew that making cross faction accounts and I'm not bringing anything new to your attention .
