Roleplay friendliness and world usability to roleplayers

I feel as though with each update the game adds and takes away something from the game for roleplayers, for instance, in 1.6, you are adding sweet new clothes, but are taking away many of our used houses.

1. please do not fill houses that didn't have npcs in them with, npcs. This would include the two larger houses in Baandari, as well as one in Rawl'Kha and oa few in Eastmarch, other than those I know not which are being filled
2. Do not lock said houses, so people can access them without increasing their bounty
3. Add player titles to signify that they are a "Roleplayer" so others may see them and communicate with strangers that are roleplayers
4. Do not change the amount of npcs in areas that have quests in them, for instance, the inn in baandari, for this creates less usuable areas for people to use
5. Get rid of npcs that walk into you. it iso kay that they move, but if they walk into someone at least make it so their emote stays and doesn't screw up
6. Add more emotes. This has been done yes, but there are very cool ones such as the sword kneel or whatever you wish to call it, along with emotes for sitting on cliffs or in chairs already in this world, wich brings me to...
7. Give the /sitchair emote different chairs found throughout the game, the chair that is used doesn't fit into most areas of the game
8. Weapons we can dye, some weapons look great, just not when your armor is brown and the daggers are pink, yes, I have pink-red daggers
9. Add changeable character appearances. I remember, if I am correct, that in one interview before the game came out, someone mentioned they would add such things when they added more options, which you could with the crown store, but not everyone has the same hairstyle/hair color all the time, or they may loose an eye or something, and we should be able to change at least those things(i believe he or she said tattoos when they spoke about it)
10. Make those areas with one or two enemies enemy free. Valenwood has so many cool locales and unmarked areas, like the hut above the poacher's camp on the pond, yet so many have enemies so close or inside of them that you cant use them for anything but quick screenshots, like boars run, also in Gratwood. It is on a cliff, a small house with bed and is made from hides hanging from tree vines, only, theres a hagraven that spawns every few minutes and you can't RP there without being attacked.
11. Allow us to use emote walking animations, such as walking with a torch or walking drunk
12. Allow us to use certain stolen items, such as the toy sword or scab-on-a-stick, or any of them, but those i mentioned on the 1.6 forum, it would be so cool to train with a wooden sword or play with a deck of cards or a, scab on an arm bone...

If I could help with any of these, as long as they get fixed implemented or taken out, I will be glad to do so, I'd scour every house and every inch of land for the places I think should be fixed and ask my fellow role players if it meant it would happen to most if not all of them. same with all of the other suggestions I can help with.

And if anyone has any suggestions I missed that I would agree with, place them below and I will add them to the list

Your points, one through three remind me a little of Lord of the Rings Online. The development there made significant enhancements to Bree-town in order to foster the RP community. Foremost in mind was the addition of several new houses and areas that were otherwise 'empty' to provide various safe settings for players to engage in RP.

It would be a tricky balance in ESO to get right, especially with the justice system now becoming active. Hopefully with time, if/when they add player housing, if it is done right and in somewhat of an immersive, way this may alleviate some of the problems for role-players. However any housing addition is a long way off, and if RP mechanisms/environments are continually whittled away the community will suffer significantly before anything like that will be put in to place.

In terms of the costume system, there has been quite a significant murmur of support for significant upgrades/modifications to it since the game has launched to make it far more robust for all players. Unfortunately to date there has been absolutely nothing done in this regard, so I would not hold my breath. Similarly there has been talk (From users) hoping for weapons to become able to be dyed as well, so time will tell with that one also.

Above all else, I think the single most important improvement development could give to the player base is to allow role players to 'advertise' themselves as a Role-player. Basically speaking that would be to give a 'Roleplayer' title that could be use for player characters. Thankfully, that is extremely simple to implement. Until development adds such a thing I would not hold out hope anything else will happen in regard to giving role-players significant love. Personally I think is a shame, because as other MMOs have clearly shown over the last 10+ year: a healthy and supported Role-play community is one that lasts and sticks around in-game for a very long time. One just has to look at the RP servers of many other successful MMO games to see that they are more often than not the most populated.
If you can be anything, be kind.
