Are some race passive bonuses going to change in 1.6?

If I remember correctly, they said at some eso live that this is going to happen. In that case, do someone have detailed info about this? I tried to search before posting, but could not find anything. I don't want to make another alt before I know this. For me, race bonus is important.

They need to change if they don't I'm gone I think. Unless a race change option is implemented.

Ive already seen quite a few minor or "larger" tweaks, though cant remember them all. My bosmer went from 9% in combat stamina regen to 21%, and apparently dunmers lost a substantial amount of fire resist.

It's really hard not to pick the imperial or breton for just about anything. The only reason I do not is that "normal" human characters are boring to me.
It's a shame that the beast races are lacking in comparison to 12% health and 10% stamina and stuff like that.
If a race change is implemented I would have to switch from my RP bosmer to imperial only because of the bonuses.

As a NB bow user i favor the bosmer for its 10% increased stealth attack
