Notice: Resetting Cyrodiil Ownership

In preparation for tonight's PVP test, we will be resetting ownership of all keeps and objectives in Cyrodiil (on the PTS) starting around 6:00PM EST. If you see keeps and objectives suddenly revert to their original state, please don't be alarmed!

    Thanks for this. Hope you took notes on how Emperor buffs in their current form are really balanced poorly. Maybe we can get some actual testing in instead of being griefed constantly.
