It seems a vast majority of racial lines are scaling correctly, as they work on percentages. However, for those with static values, such as Red Diamond and Adrenaline, they seem to be lacking on the PTS.
Red Diamond gives a 10% to restore X health on melee attacks (I believe it's 450 health at level 50). On live currently, 450 health is noticeable. On PTS, less so, especially with VR14s running around with 25+k health (in which case 450 health is what? 2% of max? so 3 skill points to have a 10% to restore 2% life?).
Similarly, Adrenaline is suffering similar numbers.
Are these merely tooltip errors? Or are the values overly underwhelming?
I don't have a parser active on PTS to easily and accurately watch the numbers, so anyone who has tested please advise.
