Racial Inquiry: NB with 1.6

Hi folks,
I'm looking to get back into the shortly before release of 1.6, but would like some advice from you to get started. I understand that stat softcaps are being removed as well as restructuring of stam. vs magicka class skills. I'm looking to build a stamina based NB, but I'm having a terrible time choosing between an Imperial or Redguard.

I'm looking to get into both AvA and PvE but would like your input. Is stamina management going to be a major issue, where the stam regen and redguard racial would be a major benefit; or would the increased stam/health and racial health proc be of equivalent benefit? Any comments are greatly appreciated, thank you!

On the PTS I had no problems managing stamina and getting enough stam regen, providing you don't block constantly you should be fine.

Health on the other hand is a bit harder to get since it got toned down a lot and I would probably lean towards imperial.

With the new critical change, Khajiit racial passive that gives you 6% weapon crit does not look so bad anymore. Two daggers with precise, 5 piece medium, 2 assassination skills and evil hunter slotted, I am sitting at 58% weapon crit.

6% crit from the Khajiit racial will only translate to about +3% dps. Furthermore, the value of crit has decreased since it will not be used to generate ultimate.

On the other hand, the +10% stamina from Imperial and Redguard will give you +5% dps due to removal of softcap. So raw dps is already higher than Khajiit. Furthermore, the larger stamina pool is also useful for more than just raw dps output.

So going forward, Imperial and Redguard look far more promising than Khajiit. The fact that Khajiit has even more crit than everyone else not make that crit bonus more valuable than 3% dps, which is worse than the 5% dps bonus from a +10% stamina bonus.

Whether Imperial or Redguard is more promising than the other, it's still a bit too early to tell IMO.
