Jewelry Enchants Values:

I have noticed on PTS that Jewelry Enchants has for the most part received a pretty substantial nerf when compared to Lives versions.

Below are just 1 example.
VR 10-14 Legendary Live Versions:
14 Spell Damage Jewelry Enchant:
9 Spell Damage bonus from Legendary VR14 Sets.

VR 10-14 PTS Version:
48 Spell Damage Jewelry Enchant:
177 Spell Damage bonus from Legendary VR14 Sets.

As the above indicates before an enchant was around 55% greater then a VR 14 Legendary Set Bonus.

On PTS a VR14 Legendary Set Bonus is 400% greater then the enchant.

Most of the other Jewelry enchants are much much weaker compared to Set Bonuses and Gear Armor/Spell Resist.

A few were not increased at all. Example: Bash Enchant is same as live version.

Overall Jewelry Enchants did not receive the same boost as most of the game. Some received a massive nerf compared to Live.

    Yes, this is an issue also with regeneration.
    Atm imho the best glyphs are the stamina/magicka reduction ones.

    Proportionally those glyphs should be 275 spell damage but I presume the choice was not to use a proportion.

    The dmg would be totally out of control with 275 spell-/weapondmg enchants.

    They shifted the balance so players have to make tradeoffs. Do i want dmg? Then i have to wear a set with dmg stats. No longer softcap spelldmg in combination with regeneration sets like seducer/warlock.
    The same goes for regeneration. You would be able to reach absurdly high values with the old glyphs scaled x10.

    It would be too much, I agree. I didn't say they have to change to 275.
    Maybe 59 instead of 48 could be better so 3 spell damage glyphs have the same value of the nowadays 9 spell dmg set bonus.
    But, as you correctly wrote, there are several options to be explored: Martial Knowledge + Warlock with magicka reduction glyphs is a simple example.

    I agree that boosting them to 275 in the current system would have been to insane as the damage is already insane.

    Something seems to be off with damage and its scaling to high in general. When players can easily one shot other players in PvP then something is off.

    The major nerf to jewelry enchants was not the way to do it though. They pretty much removed nearly all options from jewelry enchants so now everyone is going to be wearing the same ones.
