Will you ever fix retreating maneuver ?

Under this skill coupled with immovable, without launching a single skill :
- I sometimes still get snared,
- I sometimes still get rooted,
- If I get a shield charge, my char get stuck about 1secs before starting to run again, even under both effets (manoeuver + immovable).
Will you ever fix this spell ?
