More than 70 Champion Points are being given to some account!

ZOS please check this issue. This will make those accounts with several VR14 characters to be having so much of an advantage over those who only have 1 VR14. My friend on PTS got 140 CP, but the patch notes says, "no more than 70 CP will be given to an account come 1.6 live"

They already know about the issue. It's caused by the template characters according to the community manager.
