1.6 Werewolves feedback and bugs

I submitted bug reports for 2 new issues and confirmed the continued issue with another.
This was tested multiple times with 2 people testing in various places in Tamriel. I am still WW on Live since pre-launch (when it was useless to be one /headpalm). I am familiar with the abilities.
It takes forever and a day to generate ultimate. It's like when the ultimate cost was 1000. Forever. I have unlocked every point on my DK to give ultimate and develop stamina, including in the "cloud" which is what I am calling the Skyrim type constellation.
On a positive note with sufficient trash mobs near my level I was able to stay transformed for 25 minutes. This was enabled by my friend bringing mobs that were too far away (to lope to) nearer so the 3 seconds did not wear out. But it was exhausting in real life. TOO TOO much anxiety on whether the three seconds would run out. Vamps (no flaming please vamps are ok) can stay in form for longer than 3 seconds. WHY ZOS why 3 seconds? who decided that? It takes fun gameplay and makes it anxiety driven unnecessarily. Nothing relaxing about being transformed. Granted I was finally able to be werewolf for more than 45 seconds or a few minutes but remember it took two people to accomplish this (one to feed me) and a near perfect zone area. Unfortunately we both couldn't be Werewolf or it wouldn't work.
That said the change to RESET THE TIMER on being hit is brilliant.

- Piercing howl does not knock down anything. At all. Ever.[150129-00153]
- Infectious Claws is using Roar abilities and animations. It causes mobs to be feared and run away.[150129-000146]
- Using Devour breaks werewolf transformation occasionally before 3 seconds is up (using timer and also while being hit which should NOW let me stay in form)
