Nerf To Twin Sisters Set

I know they needed to fix its proccing by accident on 100% of some skills, but they didn't just fix it (if they even did), but instead nerfed it to uselessness. Now it only proc's within 5 meters, lol. I protest their, yet again, taking a useful set people spent a lot of money on and trashing it.

Damn that sucks. I was just about to purchase this set too... Now I need to try and pawn off the legendary pants I bought a few weeks ago.

It still procs and does so if you take damage within 5 Meters of the source. would prefer that it would proc more often or for more damage, but i'be been using it with tanking sword and board plus using the gargoyle helm and resilient Yokeda set to deal a bit of damage back all for hitting the block key. The best use for it I've seen has been folks using fast attacks, things like glurry, spears, or hyper animation canceling. I do want to see them give a bit more damage for having to get close, but the 5 meter limit I think can be made reasonable.

I'd always assumed that it was intended to only proc against melee skills when it was introduced.

I /bugged it more than once, both due to the proc rate bugs and the distance procs.
