Mobs have the same cc resist/immunity timer as players now. I imagine this applies to guards too.

If that's true, then it will definitely be more difficult to troll in a city. Still not impossible, of course, but we're talking about a difference between completely shutting down the guards and drawing their attention for a short while.

I know it's meant to be funny, and your vid is cool, but this is exactly what I'm afraid of when the Justice System goes live.

Settlements will become war zones with NPCs being killed left and right while people fight running battles with the guards for giggles.

Spare a thought for those of us who like to chill out, go to the store and sell some loot, and maybe even RP a little in towns and cities.

Simple fix for that might be to have the guards get more powerful the longer they're engaged.

IE: If a group of players decides to have a little fun and ransack a town then bounce the guards around while they keep themselves and their buddies healed and in the fight - the guards get stronger and stronger the longer they keep doing this, eventually 1-shot'ing all of them.

Another recommendation would the institution of a prison system. Cause ruckus and attempt to abuse the Justice System and BLAM, after you're "killed" by the guards you respawn in a prison cell with all your gear in a box only you can access just outside your reach in the corridor outside the cell.

I take you point totally. This was a stress test and everyone was intentionally baiting the guards. I don't think it will be like this on live when people don't have the money to spare paying off large bounties.

Players will be far more cautious when they know the consequences will last.
