Nice going, ZOS. So basically every template in PTS is a lvl 10 werewolf. I wanted to test something close to my current build, which means I have to get vampirism. I was lucky enough to get bitten by a Bloodfiend and did the quest, but I'm lvl 1 vampire and have to level up all the way...
