Can we please have it so that disabling the option to attack innocents also removes the white target glow? It's quite distracting and also useless when you are playing with that option switched off.
It seems the only way to get rid of it is to use Settings->Interface and turn off target glow for all NPCs.
So yes, agreed - I would prefer to see it that you could turn of target glow separately for different classes of enemies (innocent, non-hostile (ie yellow), and hostile) as well as globally.
