Numbers mistake: Health in set items

There is a mistake in numbers for Stamina/Magicka/Health in set items. The new value for health doesn't reflect the % changes of health vs other ressources.
For a VR14 legendary piece:
- Magicka: 933
- Stamina: 933
- Health: 1400 <- needs to be 1026
I thought the new modificator was +10% instead of +50%. Consistency please?
