No fun. Haha
Fleeing should be so hard that getting the achievement for successfully fleeing should make you proud. I have only gotten away maybe half the time so far. It seems the system shuts down your abilities for ~10 seconds after you choose to Flee on the Guard window, so no hope to immediately use Immovable or Retreating to get away easier. And yeah trying to get out of Talon or that Petrify is no joke.
Fleeing is very hard. even when in all medium armor, all passives taken, with constant roll dodges used I STILL could not escape the guards. I had to use cloak just to escape.
I can only imagine how hard it will be for DKs and Templars to escape the guards:D
As have I on several occasions. Can I ask if we're talking about the same thing? I'm specifically referring to when you are caught by a Guard and you goto the chat box where you either pay up and lose all your loot or Flee. The other way where you are KOS is easy to escape them. As soon as you pick Flee, your abilities are disabled for a short time, at least they were for me. This makes it VERY difficult to get away, which it should.Fleeing should be so hard that getting the achievement for successfully fleeing should make you proud. I was able to use Rapid Maneuver and Dark Cloak to get away.

Hey now, my Templar got away easy I just out healed their damage. My poor NB didnt stand much of a chance though
I've never picked the flea option, just watching everyone else not get away, and I know my skills are not that good to get away.
Please fraps this when you try and Flee-kill a Guard solo on your DK/Templar and post it here, we'd love all 1.5 seconds of it

There was a small raid (8-9 Players) in Rawl'Kha that tried to kill a single Guard last night for over 40 minutes. Every single Player died multiple times and finally someone got an addon to work and realized the Guard had 0 Health lol.BalerionBlackDread wrote: »LOL I agree....I've had great fun sitting in town and watching people fight teh guards lol.
I'm pretty sure the guards aren't killable, but that was interesting to watch, I saw part of it.

Channel your inner outlaw and help us test the Justice System. This test is not for the faint of heart—stealing, breaking and entering, and murder is needed. If you’re inclined to thwart the efforts of evil-doers, using any means possible to hinder those who are breaking the law is also encouraged.
When: Friday, January 30th (all day)
Where: Windhelm (in Eastmarch), on the ESO Playtest Server (please use a template if you don’t have an Ebonheart Pact character to participate.)
Event Goals: A large-scale playtest in a major city, with a focus on performing Justice System activities. We’re looking for people to play as they normally would in Windhelm, for solo players and groups to do Justice System activities and work together to simulate a guild sweeping into a city and coordinating a raid on the town. We also encourage trying to hinder others who are attempting to pursue Justice System activities.
The bolded would seem to indicate that they intend to have town raids(I assume that would include killing guards). And maybe some pvp justice lol
I will be there. granted, I am the worst NB in all of ESO history(some Templar killed me about 7-10 times in a row in PvP today:D) but I will be there to kill the foolish good-doers that DARE to attempt to stop me.BalerionBlackDread wrote: »I'm pretty sure the guards aren't killable, but that was interesting to watch, I saw part of it.
Ya they definitely aren't, however one of the test event descriptions has me confuzzled.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »Crime Wave – Justice System Test

You're not supposed to get away. If you DO manage to get away then you will get an achievement for doing so and raise your Legerdemain tree and bravo to you for doing so.BalerionBlackDread wrote: »OK, new dilemma, let's say, just hypothetically, a greedy Nightblade decides to go pilfer a very secure place, like Daggerfall Castle, then this greedy nightblade gets caught pilfering. How the hell are they supposed to get away from the new squadron of guards assigned there?
