where are they templated vr14 chars i only can make new chars

When you are on the creation screen, if you look in top left corner there is a drop down tab with 2 options. None and VR14 template..select which one you want. None puts you at level 1 thru the wailing prison and VR14 puts you in Craglorn. On VR14 make sure you check your inventory for all the armours etc once in Craglorn...hope that helps

Exactly. Create a new character and on the top left of character creation there should be a dropdown menu that allows you to (optionally) pick a character template.

They'll also mirror the EU character database later on, so if you want to try your own character, just wait a bit more.
