Gamebreaking bug/exploit with cloak that cannot make it to live

It is currently possible to animation cancel with cloak in such a way that you do not appear at all while using skills. This works with light attacks and other instants. A few of us have been dueling/testing in PvP on the PTS and multiple NB's have been able to replicate the effect.
