Dear ZOS,
Please let me and my fellow khajiit kill this racist wench in Stonefalls.

Weren't we supposed to be able to kill quest NPCs in our own instances? This would make more sense as with that entire quest, my dude would speak with her once, see what she did and how she thinks, then go help the Dro-m'athra wreck the farm. I've been looking forward to offing this detestable Mer since the day I first encountered her.

This would also make sense with RP characters. Me and several guild members have made AD agents in the other factions and dangit killing innocents is no fun, let us kill higher ups in the faction, as long as we've finished the quests.

Are there any other NPCs players want to s.h.a.n.k (it's a bad word, seriously?) but currently can't? Post them here!

    Looks like just about any NPC with an E interaction is unkillable plus a couple more. Notably the pair outside the blacksmith in Daggerfall wondering who the stranger that save the king is so he can buy them a drink.

    I think maybe they have intentionally saved the very NPCs they know we all want to kill the most.

    I want those guys to either buy me the drink they keep promising me or stop promising to buy me drinks!

    Emeric and Jorunn! After being forced to kiss their asses by DC and EP main quests, I'd love to redeem myself by freeing Tamriel from their evil grasp. Maybe just put killable, tough versions of them somewhere in appropriate cities, with plenty of guards (killable or not) to make it difficult to successfully slay them?

    Hopefully, when the PvP/enforcer phase of justice system comes, there will be plenty of evil DC and EP loyalists, trying to protect their respective overlords. I can foresee plenty of hilarious battles :) My AD agents on EP and DC lands are ready!
