Puncturing Strikes/Piercing Javelin now scale off stamina?

but they use magicka, which contradicts the other change that all magicka based abilities use spell power/crit while stamina abilities use weapon power/crit...clarification please

    They don't use magicka anymore. If you swap to those morphs they are stamina abilities.

    oh, so, does the base ability use stamina too or just the morphs?

    biting jabs scales off stamina - puncturing strikes remains off magicka

    that helps the stamina builds, which is fine, but might be out of magicka builds then, which im not sure about
