Attributepoints, passives and armor glyphs

I have been reading the forums trying to find an answer to my question, if i missed it link it please.

I keep seeing folks say put all in Health and use glyphs and food to bring up the other stats.

This makes sense at first glance but i have been thinking about the passives. Do passives boost glyph and food the same way they do base attribute points?

If I am a Breton Templar doing a magika build, then shouldn't i put all of it in Magika and boost the health with glyphs since all of my racial bonuses are directed at Magika or will I get the same bonuses off of glyph and food regardless?

I think You can do it either way, you might be slightly better off one way than the other, but the difference will be minor.
